Gym on Wednesday

On Wednesday I went to the gym, I worked out on the elliptical for 30 minutes. Then I did strength things like sit-ups and pretend swimming things! It was good to work out! i have created a plan, I will either go to the gym or to gymnastics everyday. The trip to costa rica really snuck up on me so now i have to work out like crazy to get in shape!

3. I planed activities because i showed up!
